Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Applicable to the following classes & or packages: BreathFlow™ Classes & Packages PSYCHAIR Transformational Breathwork Journey's Classes & Packages Parasympathetic Breathwork Journey's Regrettably we do not offer refunds, transfers or extensions for any unused classes or packages. If you book for a class and then can’t make it for whatever reason, you can cancel as long it’s six hours before the class starts, if the class is not cancelled within the 6 hour window prior to the class start time, then a class will be deducted from your package. For cancellations, kindly notify us by email : breathe@breathe108.com or cancel your booked class on the website: www.breathe108.com. Arrive 15min prior to start time as we start promptly at the time advertised, not late arrivals permitted due to the nature of our breathwork classes Retreats A 50% refund is payable if cancellation is received up to 7 days prior to the event date. The full cost of the ticket price will be forfeited if cancellation is made after the 7 day non refund period. Our events are specifically catered for. Cancelations during the 7 day period cannot be transferred to another event and a future date or time. Cancelations may be transferred to another person, however this will incur an administration fee of R500.00.
